Beginning with the-2011 season, we are using "PhotoContest Pro" to manage our Digital competitions. This will greatly streamline our competition. At the special upload site, your username will be your email address.The first time you go there, click the login page (upper right top)and request that your password to be emailed to you. Once logged in, you may change your password (you may also change your email if necessary).

Digital Competition instructions:

When clicking on the PhotoContest Pro link the first time , you will create "Log In Info" To log in and or create, go to upper right hand corner of the page.

NOTE: If your email is not found in the system, then you just joined and we haven't had a chance to add it yet. Please email Scott Wheaton, who administers the upload page, to get it added. Scot's email is eswheaton@gmail.com

Once you have created a log in, enter your email address, and password. Make sure you chose the correct "Organization" Click "Login".

The Welcome page appears. Choose "Upload Pctures (Alt)" On the page that appears, go to bottom and click on "HERE" The Upload Pictures page appears and will have the available competitions posted along with the competitions date and the closing date. Select the one that applies to you, Exhibition or Salon depending on the category you are in and the date of the competitions. On this page just follow the instructions, providing a title for your picture and then browse for your picture on your computer and then upload it. Your pictures will be listed after you upload them. Four (4) entrys per competition.

Please note that the system is fully automated through software and we will not be able to help you with problems or enter pictures after a contest’s closing date.

The following apply to the pictures you upload:

• Deadline for uploading is Monday night, before the meeting!
• Resolution: The maximum dimension shall be no larger than 1050 pixels in either direction (se below for Photoshop sizing)
  Note: For best quality, do all ehancments from image right off camera, then size last. Make sure your Camera is also set at the best resolution. Example: JPEG, FINE OR RAW.
• File Size: No restriction
• File Format: jpg
• Color Space: sRGB
• Enter early
